How to Mail-Order from Overseas

  • How to contact us
    Please contact us by email or fax with filling up in an order form below;

  • Quote with shipping and handling (insurance) charge
    The costs of shipping and hadling depend on the size/weight of the items and the destination.
    We will estimate a quote and let you know as soon as possible. After receiving your remittance, the shipment will be despatched.

  • How to receive the package
    Unless you write to us first how and when you want to receive the package, we will send you by insured EMS.
  • Shipping Insurance
    a) The case of sending the parcel insured The amount of insurance will be the same or about the same of the cost of the item(s) purchased.
    In the case that you have not received the shipment, or the item(s) is damaged on the way of shipping, please contact us as soon as possible to report the condition. At this point, we note that you need to take the photos of the damaged outside, cf. box(es), and/or inside as well as the damaged part(s) of the item(s) and send us them by email. We will soon go through the insurance procedure and report the covering deficit. Without those proves or evidences, you might not be able to receive any insurance amount.
    b) The case of sending the parcel uninsured
    In compliance with the regulations of exporting, you have to insure by your responsibility.
  • Warranty
    If the item you received is deffective, please contact us within a week.
    a) Kumata products
    A replacement will be provided for any item that we have in stock. If we do not have the one in stock, we will refund if you want, or a full repair will be provided.
    b) Any other products
    A full repair or replacement will be provided by manufacturer. We will cover all shipping charges including returning from you.
    c) Consignments
    The item will be shipped as it is, and neither a refund nor replacement will be applied. Please confirm the conditon and decide to order carefully !
